"The recent site creation tool fiasco really does not concern me because I was uploading my own HTML here soon. That is what makes what I am about to say that much more meaningful. It has been a long time if any time at all since I have witnessed the level of proffesonalism displayed by your organization in matters pertaining to customer satisfaction. To personally offer the staffs services to edit or assist any customer who may need help with their site is fantastic! I am personally consulting at a site who outsources their web pages and pop mail services in the Tampa Bay Area. In just 3 months at this site I have seen similar situations where the customer (my customer also) just had to live with and deal with the changes/inconvieniences that the ISP drops on them......
